Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nostos Concierge (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.


2. Nature of Services

Nostos Concierge provides:

  • Travel consulting 
  • Personalized itinerary planning 
  • Recommendations for accommodations, experiences, and transport 

We do not operate as a licensed travel agency and do not directly sell or package travel services.


3. Booking and Payments

  • All services must be paid in full in advance 
  • No work will begin until payment is received 
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer 


4. Pricing

  • Prices are fixed per selected service package 
  • Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges 


5. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started 
  • A refund may be granted within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has begun 
  • Third-party bookings are subject to the supplier’s own refund policies 


6. Scope of Service

Each package includes a defined level of service.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Maximum of 2 revisions included 
  • Additional revisions may be charged 


7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information 
  • Reviewing and confirming all bookings 
  • Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) 
  • Following local laws and travel requirements 


8. Third-Party Providers

We may recommend or assist with bookings for:

  • Hotels 
  • Villas 
  • Transport services 
  • Activities 

However:

  • We are not responsible for their performance 
  • We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or service issues 


9. Limitation of Liability

Nostos Concierge shall not be liable for:

  • Travel disruptions 
  • Delays, cancellations, or accidents 
  • Losses caused by third-party providers 
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure) 


10. Delivery of Services

  • Initial itinerary delivery: typically within 3–5 business days after receiving all required information 
  • Timelines may vary depending on project complexity 


11. Communication

  • Communication is conducted via email or messaging 
  • Typical response time: within 24 hours (business days) 


12. Intellectual Property

All itineraries and documents provided are:

  • For personal use only 
  • Not to be copied, resold, or distributed 


13. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.


15. Acceptance

By purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
